These filter cones will have your fried food offerings tasting better than ever.
- Some of the most popular items on any menu, fried foods have universal appeal. Whether you’re frying onion rings, calamari, mozzarella sticks, or French fries, it’s essential to ensure the quality of your frying oil. By maintaining clean oil in your fryer, you will have customers coming back for more delicious fried food.
- It’s no secret that grease spills can create big messes in commercial kitchens. Luckily, our kit includes a grease filter cone rack to prevent such incidents. After allowing your oil to cool down to an appropriate temperature, use our grease filter cone rack to safely keep your filter papers in place while you pour dirty oil through the filter.
- These genuine restaurant quality cone filters are constructed of heavy, non-woven material that’s specifically made for filtering cooking oil, fat, and grease. By providing you with a safe, easy way to clean and recycle your cooking oil, this Culinary Depot fryer kit helps you reduce operational costs while ensuring your fried food always tastes delicious.
- Although these 10” wide commercial grade oil filter cones can withstand extremely hot temperatures, it’s always a good idea to let grease thoroughly cool before filtering it. Fryers have a propensity to get extremely hot, and skin exposure to hot grease can cause serious burns. Always err on the side of caution by patiently waiting for grease to cool down before filtering.
