For in vitro diagnostic use only. Not for internal use. Use only with compatible OneTouch Ultra, UltraMini, Ultra2, and UltraSmart meters set to CODE 49. Store in the original vial with the cap tightly closed. Do not use test strips past the expiration date or if the vial is damaged. Keep out of reach of children.
Directions
Wash and dry hands before testing. Insert a strip into a compatible meter (OneTouch Ultra, UltraMini, Ultra2, or UltraSmart) set to CODE 49. Use a lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood (0.5 microliters). Apply the blood sample to the strip’s sample area. Wait approximately 4 seconds for results to display. Dispose of the used strip properly.
