Starrett innovation has developed a state-of-the-art process that resulted in a new generation of better performing band saw blades. This Starrett exclusive technology joins two strips of high-speed steel wires to the backing steel using a Solid-State Diffusion Bonding. This exciting new process creates a stronger, longer-lasting blade.
