I can't find the ground wire. Is it missing?
No. The ground wire is included with the switch but is positioned separately from the other conductors. Please inspect all wires carefully before installation and verify that the ground wire is present and securely attached.
Can I use this switch in a 3-way setup?
No. This model supports single-pole installations only and is not compatible with 3-way or multi-location circuits.
What types of light bulbs are compatible with this switch?
Works with dimmable, non-smart bulbs only. Supports up to 150W LED/CFL or 300W incandescent. Smart bulbs, non-dimmable bulbs, or fixtures with built-in controls are not supported.
What types of ceiling fans are compatible?

Why can’t the switch connect to Wi-Fi?
The switch supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only (5GHz is not supported). Please ensure your router has 2.4GHz enabled and that the device is in pairing mode during setup.
