Does this light therapy lamp help with seasonal depression or winter blues?
This sun lamp provides up to 10,000 lux of bright, UV-free indoor lighting — many customers use it during darker months to maintain energy and alertness. It's not a medical device, but designed to bring natural-feel daylight indoors year-round.
Can I use this sun lamp while watching TV on the sofa?
Absolutely. The 360° rotating light head lets you direct illumination toward your reading chair, desk, workspace, or other area—without moving the entire floor lamp. Recommend placing it slightly to the side at 4000K for comfortable ambient light.
Is the light harsh or does it cause eye strain?
The F7 Bakzon light therapy lamp is designed to be flicker-free and UV-free. At lower brightness levels (10–50%), it's very comfortable for extended reading. Start at 50% and adjust to your preference.
How long does assembly take?
Most customers complete assembly in under 10 minutes with no tools required. The 4-step process is covered in the included manual with clear photos.
Can I control the daylight lamp without getting up?
Yes. The included remote control lets you adjust the lamp from a distance, while the touch panel provides convenient on-lamp control.
